In celebration of the New Year for Trees, plant new trees and help restore this important native habitat. Bubbles, balls, and hoops for the kids, Tu B'Shevat themed Sangrias for the adults, and a sandwich picnic lunch to be enjoyed by all! This event is fun for all ages!

The 15th of Shevat on the Jewish calendar (this year on February 13) is the day that marks the beginning of a “new year” for trees. Commonly known as Tu BiShvat, this day marks the season in which the earliest-blooming trees in the Land of Israel emerge from their winter sleep and begin a new fruit-bearing cycle.
